Grab your journal or a whiteboard and dedicate uninterrupted time to this. Focus on a 3 to 5 year horizon. Be bold and specific, writing in the present tense as if it's already happening.

Filter, every single element through the lens of your unique operating system:

  • Living Your Values: For each of your top core values, tangibly describe what that looks and feels like in your daily life or business structure 3-5 years from now. How does your envision future actively honor these values?

  • Leveraging Your Genius: Where are you spending significant, focused time applying your specific Zone(s) of Genius in this future picture? What does "a day in the life" look like when you're operating deeply in this zone? Does this vision truly require the highest and best use of your unique genius or are you still envisioning yourself enrolled you?

  • The Feeling & Environment: Beyond external achievements, what's the dominant internal feeling you associate with living this future? Describe the primary physical environments where you see yourself doing your best work and living your best life, and how these spaces support your values.

  • Specific Manifestations: What does the structure of your business(es) look like? What kind of impact are you making, defined in clear terms that resonate deeply with your core values? How does this vision uniquely contribute to your community or tribe?

Write it down. Speak it out loud. Share with a trusted advisor. Use sensory details to make it compelling enough to pull you out of bed every morning!

This quote "Painted Picture" becomes your essential anchor point, your compelling "North Star "for the next few years, grounded in fantasy or comparison, but in the deepest truth of who you are in the unique value, you're meant to contribute. Lean into the conviction that arises from this deep alignment.
