Step 1. Information Gathering
In this step, our Peak Capacity consultants get to know you and you begin to understand more about how we can help you find the right fit for your future. We’ll ask questions about your background and begin to uncover factors that affect your ability to be successful in a franchise business model.
A franchise can be a very lucrative and exciting investment opportunity, but it is certainly not a great fit for everybody. We are going to help make sure it’s right for you!
Step 2. Research Opportunities
Once you feel confident that you’d like to explore franchise opportunities, that’s when our real work begins. We research hundreds of franchise brands in all different categories to find the best fit opportunities based on your interests, skills, and financial goals.
Our certified franchise consultants speak to franchisors on your behalf to find options for you to explore. We utilize all of our resources and experience to find 2 to 4 options to present to you in Step 3…
Step 3. Discussing Your Future Options
This is the fun and exciting part. We show you some of the options that we’ve determined may be a great fit to help you reach your future goals. Some of these options may be surprising, as you may have never considered owning a business in a specific category that you suddenly find interesting and exciting.
At the end of this step, you will have ruled out one or two of the options. It’s likely you will find one or two of the options interesting and exciting to move forward with into Step 4…
Step 4. Speaking with Your Future Business Partner … The Franchisor
In this step, you will speak directly with the franchisor. They will describe their business model in more detail, provide financial information based on the performance of their current franchisees. They will also describe a day in the life of a franchisee so you understand what life would look like in that franchise.
This is also when you can ask more detailed questions about the company and the model itself and begin to understand what it takes to be successful.
At the end of this step, you will feel confident you have enough information to continue to move forward with investigating the opportunity. Our franchise consultants will be with you every step of the way.
